As a real estate agent, I need to have trust worthy contractors that I feel comfortable referring to that can take care of my client. Renovation Haus has helped several of my clients with their home renovations and have done a great job every-time. They are punctual, communicate well and get the work done with efficiency and quality.

Renovation Haus is awesome! We worked with them to clean out and remodel a house over the course of 4 months. They were great! Their superior work ethic and creative vision really helped our project come together. They are family owned and operated, so you get to know the full team while you work with them. They helped us accomplish our goal of flipping our first house and we can’t wait to work with them on future projects!

I used this contractor to remodel my primary bathroom and closet, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The project involved moving a wall to expand the bathroom, which required relocating an AC duct into the closet. Despite the complexity, the entire process was impressively smooth. They not only brought all of my ideas to life but also offered helpful input on design choices along the way. I appreciated if I wasn’t home Ricardo would call for my awareness of certain installation questions. For example, I had bought a medicine cabinet that I wanted recessed into the wall. Ricardo called me because with the height of the bathroom, vanity and faucet he wanted to make sure I was okay with the height of where the mirror had to be so it could still open.It is absolutely perfect, but I really appreciate it that he was communicating with me to make sure that it’s something that I wanted before it was actually done.

Their attention to detail really stood out—especially with the tile work. The quality of the materials and the way they laid the mosaic tile showed a real eye for aesthetics and craftsmanship. They were always willing to make adjustments or small changes throughout the project to make sure I was completely satisfied.

I was out of town during the demolition phase, but the project manager kept me updated with daily photo reports, which gave me peace of mind and made me feel involved even from a distance.

I was so pleased with the bathroom remodel that I expanded the project to include my closet. We used an IKEA shelving system, and they made it look custom and built-in. They were able to add a “custom corner” for my long hanging clothes that filled the space perfectly. They even installed drawer pulls and a mirror I had purchased separately. After the remodel, they kindly offered to help move furniture back in—something I really appreciated.

Even after the job was completed, they stood behind their work. When the shower wasn’t draining properly, they came back and redid part of the floor to fix the issue—no hesitation.

I also loved how flexible they were with materials. Whether I chose something new or had previously purchased items, they were happy to work with what I provided or pick things up for me.

I also want to say how much I liked the workers for this company. I trusted them to put a lock box on my house so they could come in and work on their own when I wasn’t there and even out out of the country during the first part of the project. All of the guys were super nice whenever I was coming in to check on the progress And we’re very open to anything that I was pointing out to them at that time Luis the project manager was phenomenal keeping me up-to-date with photo progress throughout the way and I could tell even on my garage camera he would clean at the end of every single workday to try to minimize the amount of dust in the house.

I’m already getting an estimate for another bathroom remodel with them, and I would 100% use them again. Highly recommend!

We recently made the decision to expand our home with a garage apartment, and we are so impressed with the outcome. Choosing Renovation Haus was truly a game-changer.

While I'm sure the pictures speak for themselves, I feel it's important to highlight some of the benefits included in working with the Renovation Haus team. Their attention to detail and understanding of the housing market has given us an opportunity to earn back our investment. From the initial planning stages to the finished project, Renovation Haus played a pivotal role in meeting and showcasing our unique needs and wants! We couldn't be happier with the way our new space turned out.

In short, Renovation Haus is highly recommended!
